You'll receive an email confirming your payment. You'll also get your access token along with instructions to download Rocket. You'll get instant access to the private Slack group.

Can I get a discount?

Yes, there is a special early holiday discount valid till 1st January 2023. The discount may decrease over this month.

Can I get a refund/ Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of the software being non-returnable, I do not offer refunds. If you have any questions or would like to see specific code samples before you purchase, please get in touch and I will be happy to help you.

Do I get the full codebase after my purchase?

Yes, and you can customize it in any way you like to support your app.

What support is available after purchase?

Email support is available for one year from the date of purchase. Feel free to send me an email otherwise too :).

Can I get updates?

Yes you will get updates and access to all new features for one year from the date of purchase. Life-time updates are available for early-access orders.

What databases are supported?

Currently only MongoDb is supported. More databases including MySQL, Postgres, SQLite3, Oracle, and Amazon Redshift are planned to be supported in the coming year.

Can I use the code for more than one project?

If you purchase a single project license, you must purchase a separate license for each individual product. With unlimited projects license, feel free to use Rocket for as many products as you want.
